Netball Term 2/3

Netball! 

Today was our last session of Netball, and we got to put all of our new skills into action.

We used our shooting hoops skill, chest passing, over head passing and dodging skills.

We had such a great time learning and improving our Netball skills and we were very lucky to be able to practice!

We have been learning the cup song with Miss Mills, here is how to learn it.

Writing creative colour poems using adjectives

We have had loads of fun writing our poems about colour and adding a collage boarder to it too!
We used some of our senses to help describe what a colour might look like, sound like, feel like, taste like and smell like. We have also been learning about similes, we included a simile at the end of our poem.

Wahoo, on Friday afternoons, we get to play with instruments and learn all about music with Miss Mills.

Collaboration!

We are learning about the word 'collaboration' and what it looks like.
Mrs Tyson gave us a challenge today to work in our Inquiry groups and create a 'master piece'. We only had 20 minutes to discuss what we would make and to create it.

Tough Kids Challenge 2017
